If I could, the entire house would be head to toe (floor to roof?) Halloween. But we do have quests, and some of those guests might be of the mind that sitting on a toilet in the guest bathroom looking at a shower curtain that is all blood and guts might not be to, well, neighborly. So in the guest bathroom we try not to over do it. Though we do have Halloween stuff up, bathrooms in our house are a bit of a non-scary Halloween sanctuary (I pleaded for the decals that had sick gross stuff coming up from the toilet and was denied).
There are a ton of shower curtains out there that are definitely scary. Then there are the cute cat in a witches hat with those big cat eyes that wouldn't scare a flea. I think I need something in between. This shower curtain. Not too scary. Just some cobwebs in an old house, and, well, that thing lurking in the tree. Staring down at you while you do your business. And no we didn't get it. At almost $80 we felt we'd spend our money on the blood and guts stuff that goes elsewhere. But I'll keep looking for that in-between.
This Haunted House Shower Curtain can be found at Bed Bath & Beyond. The cost is $79.99 and qualifies for free shipping. It is machine washable in case you get fake blood all over it. Cuz a little fake blood on a shower curtain is a good thing. They do have other shower curtains like this (love the different brooms and hats), or this (the webbed skull), or if you are really trying to stay away from the scare, the cute one with the cat, owl and bats here.
