Sounds good. But Turkey IS a meat....

Looks good but yeah Mrs. L. turkey is a meat.

Interesting! Might have to give this a try....god knows we have plenty of zucchini growing in our garden!

Mrs. L

Rick and Mom - Yes guys, turkey is meat, it's just not pork, beef or lamb :)

Jenny - Hey, any different way to use up all that zucchini right?

This was so not what I expected when I read the title. This is great! A few weeks ago, we bought a yellow squash -- like a UFO shaped one -- and forgot about it. Fortunately, we kept it in the fridge. We ended up chopping it up for soup, but this would have been a pretty nifty way to take advantage of its circumference! I'll check this out! As always, thank you!! Going to try it with some leftover bacon (what?), feta, and capers.

Mrs. L

Cassaendra - Leftover bacon? Does not compute!

i can definitely get behind a quick, easy, and tasty way to use up zucchini!

Twisted. I was expecting zucchini in the dough or sliced on top. I'll have to see if we can find some of the globe zucchini at the market.

This looks wonderful - a good pizza substitute on my "low carb days".

Ha! That threw me for a minute. I was looking for zucchini and seeing pepperoni - wasn't expecting the zucchini to be the crust. Great idea for anyone trying to cut carbs. :)

I started using Pinterest myself recently - it can be addictive!

that is one big zucchini! sounds delicious, someone else was just talking about zucchini pizza...

I love zucchini, but I can see how one would be afraid that it might turn out mushy in the recipe. Based on your success, I would try this! Thanks for the inspiration and stopping by my blog! I am a new follower of Pages, Pucks, and Pantry now!

I'm really happy I found it. thank you very much.

My mom has food allergies, but can often eat squash, so I will pass the idea on to her.
