I loved this. I could have eaten more than the 1 you brought me. Next time bring me more than 1. It was yummy. Thank you.


The title alone says it. I'm not a big raisin fan either... that's one beautiful picture!

Pretty and easy and yummy? Should have had some on hand for the big hockey game last night!


Congrats on knocking off one of your resolutions. You can ship a box of those for my birthday.

Rick - Yep, wahoo, at least one of my resolutions is down, though I really need to make more stuff with phyllo.


The phyllo base could be used for savory things too. I have a recipe for artichoke hearts and herbed cheese like Boursin baked into won ton skins, which are fitted into the mini muffin tins.
