For those that are playing along, yes we were in Vegas this past weekend. We had originally planned our typical "no gambling but lots of good food and shows" trip but with the economy? Well, we decided to scale it back a bit. We did go to a few shows (Phantom) and we did eat some good food (David Burke) but we also toured the Liberace Museum and ate at one very cheap buffet. And though what happens in Vegas usually stays in Vegas, I will have to tell you about the lady that passed out in my lap at dinner, cuz, well, it's just too dang funny. Yeah, Vegas is always an interesting trip.
For those playing along:
Photo 1: Guess was taken outside the Venetian Hotel
Photo 2: Where was taken at the Ceasars Forum Shop area
Photo 3: I was taken outside the Paris Hotel
Photo 4: Am? was the front of Harrahs Hotel
This photo is of one of Liberace's suits...which could weight up to 200 pounds...talk about bling!
That is bling.

I love Vegas! Not because there's the possibility of winning millions, but the food! All the great restaurants. On our last visit, we ate at Emeril's restaurant at the Venetian. It was absolutely delectable.

Noble Pig - You should see some of those outfits! Though I couldn't get a photo, the INSIDE of the capes he wore have more bling and stuff than the outside!
Jeanette - Which Emeril restaurant did you eat at? We had dinner a couple years ago at Delmonicos. BEST. STEAK. EVAH! Seriously, and my first and best so far foie gras....amazing. We almost went again but decided to try something different this trip.
