Love donuts, love bacon but I am sorry this just not compute with me. I shudder to think of eating this.

Oh my - I don't know about this one... not sure that I'd love it, but can see how some people totally would!

I get donut+burger+bacon. What threw me off was the cheese! It sounds like a tasty treat - sweet, salty, smoky, tangy. You get all the cool stuff!

We have a "serving hot now" Krispy Kreme nearby but I've never tried this well publicized burger....yet. Maybe one day. But usually all the Krispy Kremes disappear before I get the chance to use one as a bun.

Mom - Don't know it until you've tried it.

Kristen - See above LOL

Cassaendra - Yeah, the cheese through me off too, but I honestly didn't really taste it in the burger, ie it wasn't overwhelming.

Chris - Have you asked for plain donuts with the Krispy Kreme glaze on the side yet when it says "serving hot now"? I understand that's an 'off the menu' thing you can do. Then you dip pieces of the unglazed donut into the glaze to get it on all sides of your bite.

Interesting bit especially in light of the recent Paul Deene news! remember her recipe for donut burgers? I'd try this for sure - combine my two favorite foods bacon and donuts and I am so in. But I wouldn't want it every day. I'd never fit into my jeans again!

They had these at the Ex this year ... I didn't have the courage to try it. Ha!

I cannot imagine how my most favorite donuts are used for making burger. It is not that tasty I think because the Krispy Kreme has the sweet taste.
