NESTLE QUICK BUNNY Okay where have I been for the past seven years? Obviously not drinking Nestle Quick cuz it's no longer Nestle Quick. Seems after 50 years, the powers that be at Nestle decided to change the name of the chocolate milk powder to NesQuik which is what the rest of the world knew it by. I used to love having me some chocolate milk made with Nestle Quick and was very fond of "Quicky" the Nestle bunny. I know they sell gourmet chocolate milk in the dairy section of most stores, but I say today, National Chocolate Milk Day, you have some of the old fashioned stuff (even if they did change the name on me!)
CHOCOLATE TV Ever had one of those days, sitting at work, where you fish through the bottom of your purse trying to find change so that you can sneak into the break room when your assistant is at lunch so you can get a chocolate bar out of the machine to eat furtively before said assistant comes back and then you hide the wrapper at the bottom of your garbage can just in case your husband comes into the office when he picks you up and you don't want him to see the wrapper and know that you blew your diet? Nope, never had one of those days. Cuz if I'm craving chocolate I just go to Chocolate Television and read and watch about chocolate. Completely curbs my chocolate cravings. Seriously. Keeps me from the candy machine at work. No really. Check my garbage can (uh, check it tomorrow after the janitors have been here....)
Well it so happens I had some NesQuik (no sugar added) with my milk this morning. I have always (I thought) called it NewQuik). But I guess I am wrong. I was so happy when they came out with the No Sugar Added. I know it still has sugar but I use it sparingly and get my chocolate kick that way. I am going to go to that Chocolate Television and check it out.

Really??? I did't know they changed the name either. It will always be Nestle Quick to me.
